"I had Matera Builders come over and put in a beam to replace a load bearing wall and they did an awesome job. Bob, the owner, is a really nice guy and he came over and did the estimate. During the job they did everything right, didn't cut any corners, and made nice clean cuts. I was home while they were doing work and they communicated well with me about what they were doing. Specifically, Mark, the foreman, took the time to show me what they did after breaks and at certain points in the job. After the job was finished, he even took me into the crawlspace to show me where they had built supports to support the beam. I think that's pretty amazing; I've never had any company take the time to show me what they're doing or did. Most contractors just want to get out as quickly as possible.11/10.
